Chives - Microgreens
Micro chives have an onion taste that can add color and flavor to any micro salad. They look like tiny scallions. Use in place of onions on a sandwich.Amaranth Red Garnet Microgreen
Red Garnet Amaranth is a high protein microgreen perfect for salads or in many oriental dishes.Color: The most vibrant red and pink of any microgreen!
Flavor: A mild, sweet flavor
Nutrients: Vitamins K, E, and C, calcium, iron, and beta-carotenes
Broccoli Microgreens
Broccoli has a delicious mild, fresh cabbage flavor and makes a great addition to any microgreens salad or garnish.Color:A thin white stem with shades of purple and a green top
Flavor: a strong broccoli flavor.
Nutrients: Vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, and phosphorus
Beet Microgreens
Beets bright stems and leaves are just the perfect addition to any dish!Color: Vibrant red stems with a nearly neon green top
Flavor: Sweet and earthy, similar flavor to swiss chard microgreens
Nutrients: Vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Iron, Zinc, and protein
Mustard - Mizuna - Microgreens
Mizuna is a very mild japanese mustard. It has a very mild mustard / spice flavor that isn't overpowering.Color:A bright yellow to white stem with a bright geen top
Flavor: A bold mustard flavor with mild spice
Nutrients: antioxidants, fiber, Vitamins A,C, E, and K
Basil Genovese Microgreens
Use micro basil in place of regular basil in any recipe, for extra intense basil flavor. Micro basil pesto is amazing.Color: green

Cress curled microgreens
Curled Cress Microgreens have a strong peppery taste that mellows as it grows larger.Color: White stems and green leaves.
Flavor: intense peppery, hint of sweet
Nutrients: Vitamins B, C, and K, folic acid, and fiber
Spicy salad mix
Includes: broccoli, kale, purple vienna kohlrabi, arugula, red acre cabbage, snowball cauliflower, southern giant mustard.Color: mostly green with purple and red highlights.
Micro Greens Flavor: nice flavor combination with a nice spicy kick.
Cauliflower microgreens
These tasty micros make a great base for any microgreens salad.Color: Deep green tops with varigated pink and purple shaded stems
Flavor: A strong broccoli (brassica) flavor
Nutrients: Vitamins C, K, and E, beta-carotenes, and iron
Nasturtium microgreens
Also known as Naturtium shoots, these greens are becoming a popular additiion to sushi since it has a similar spice to wasabi.Color:Multiple colored stems, ranging from light pink to yellow
Flavor: Surprisingly Spicy, similar to mustard spice and wasabi
Nutrients: antioxidants, fiber, Vitamins A,C, and B-complex, calcium, potassium and copper
Endive microgreens
Endive has a pleasant, mildly bitter flavor. Great for baby salad.Color: green leaves

Amaranth microgreens
The translucent green color of micro Amaranth makes a great garnish or addition to any salad.Color: A lovely translucent green shade
Flavor: A mild, sweet flavor

Kale Red Russian microgreens
Has a consitant flavor compared to other Kale microgreens: nutty and robust—similiar to mustard, only less spicy!Color: Assorted colors of red and pink stems with dark green leaves

Chia Microgreens
Chia is easy to grow and is favored for its health benefits, including high levels of omega oils, amino acids and proteins.Color: green leaves

Carrot Microgreens

Cress upland microgreens
Has a peppery tangy flavor and aroma that is popular on sandwiches. Use sparingly in micro salads for adding tang and spice.Color: green

Great addition to any micro salad or sandwich to add crunch and celery flavor.Color: light green

Pak Choi Microgreens
Pak Choi (also spelled Bok Choi and Pok Choy) is a variety of chinese cabbage that is easy to grow as a microgreen.Color: Deep green tops with creamy white stems

Arugula microgreens
It's a favorite and generally considered a staple of the spicier side of micro greens and baby salad greens.Color: A deep green stem and leaves

Radish Sango microgreens
Radish microgreens are substantial and crunchy and taste exactly like radish. A great choice to add color to any salad, slaw or sandwich.Color: Spectacular Purple
