Small BOX of mixed microgreens

Micro chives have an onion taste that can add color and flavor to any micro salad. They look like tiny scallions. Use in place of onions on a sandwich.

Mizuna is a very mild japanese mustard. It has a very mild mustard / spice flavor that isn't overpowering. Color:A bright yellow to white stem with a bright geen top Flavor: A bold mustard flavor with mild spice Nutrients: antioxidants, fiber, Vitamins A,C, E, and K

Use micro basil in place of regular basil in any recipe, for extra intense basil flavor. Micro basil pesto is amazing. Color: green Flavor: intense basil

Curled Cress Microgreens have a strong peppery taste that mellows as it grows larger. Color: White stems and green leaves. Flavor: intense peppery, hint of sweet Nutrients: Vitamins B, C, and K, folic acid, and fiber

Includes: broccoli, kale, purple vienna kohlrabi, arugula, red acre cabbage, snowball cauliflower, southern giant mustard. Color: mostly green with purple and red highlights. Micro Greens Flavor: nice flavor combination with a nice spicy kick.

Also known as Naturtium shoots, these greens are becoming a popular additiion to sushi since it has a similar spice to wasabi. Color:Multiple colored stems, ranging from light pink to yellow Flavor: Surprisingly Spicy, similar to mustard spice and wasabi Nutrients: antioxidants, fiber, Vitamins A,C, and B-complex, calcium, potassium and copper

Endive has a pleasant, mildly bitter flavor. Great for baby salad. Color: green leaves Flavor: mild, contrasting bitter
